Cancellation Policy

• A $900 deposit (50%) is required to confirm your reservation.

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your scheduled cruise: deposit is fully refunded.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled cruise: deposit is non-refundable.

• No-shows will forfeit the full deposit and may be charged the remaining balance at the captain's discretion.

• Rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours in advance are accommodated at no charge, based on availability.

Weather Policy

• Guest safety is our top priority. Trips will be rescheduled (not automatically refunded) in the event of heavy rain, thunderstorms, lightning, or other conditions deemed unsafe by the captain.

• The captain makes the final call on weather-related cancellations, typically within 24 hours of departure.

• If a cruise is cancelled due to weather, guests may choose to: (1) reschedule to another available date at no additional cost, or (2) receive a full refund of their deposit.

• If weather conditions change mid-cruise and the captain determines it's unsafe to continue, the trip will return to dock early and guests will be offered a prorated credit toward a future booking.
